Novo Rail, an alliance of Transport for NSW, Aurecon, Laing O’Rourke and RCR Infrastructure, design and construct complex infrastructure to increase capacity on Sydney’s rail network. After a reorganisation, the Alliance required an industrial marketer who could create authentic, easy-to-read communications that engage key stakeholders.

The Alliance management team engaged John McCarl (Lighthouse Marketing) to develop and implement the Alliance communications program. John writes a monthly newsletter, organised Alliance briefings and events, and facilitated lessons learned and induction workshops for Novo Rail on a part-time basis.
